By accessing and using Docod.ai, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Docod.ai is an intelligent orchestration platform that uses specialized AI agents to transform ideas into technical documentation, validated requirements, and execution-ready tasks, connecting directly with your IDE through MCP (Model Context Protocol).
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use Docod.ai only for legal purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to use the platform for any activity that infringes third-party rights or compromises the integrity of the service.
4. User Accounts
To access the platform's functionalities, you will need to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities performed on your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Docod.ai, including texts, images, flows, algorithms, AI components, and generated documentation, is the exclusive property of Docod.ai or its licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. User-Generated Content
You may input information and data about your projects. You declare that you possess the legal rights to provide such information and authorize the necessary use for platform operation. Docod.ai is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of this content.
7. Usage Limitations
Initial plan users have a limit of up to 5 active projects. Future access to resources such as advanced agents, additional tokens, or unlimited projects may be charged separately. AI usage will be subject to technical and monthly consumption limits.
8. Pricing and Licensing Policy
• The monthly plan includes continuous access with frozen pricing for 24 months.
• The annual plan is lifetime, subject to the same conditions as the monthly plan regarding limits and renewal.
• Future functionalities with intensive AI usage may have additional charges.
9. Privacy
The use of Docod.ai is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how your data is collected, used, and protected.
10. Disclaimer
Docod.ai is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free, or compatible with all third-party tools. We are not responsible for losses, failures, or results generated from platform use, directly or indirectly.
11. Cancellation and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse platform resources, or represent a risk to the integrity of the service or other users.
12. Changes to Terms
The Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Notifications will be made by email or posted directly on the platform. Continued use of the tool after changes represents your agreement to the new terms.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, unless otherwise provided.
